Easy and Convenient Return Policy

Our return policy is very simple. We want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, when your order arrives, please look at it carefully. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return the item within 30 days, in unused condition. It’s that simple. 

Return Steps:

Step 1: Complete the Return Form
               Email us to get the form, then print and complete the Return Form (PDF).

Step 2: Repack merchandise
               Pack the merchandise. Enclose the completed Return Form.

Step 3: Ship
               Ship it with USPS/Canada Post or your choice of courier.

Return Rules & Restrictions:

– Items must be returned within 30 days.
– Get a return authorization by emailing us.
– All returns must be accompanied by a Return Form.
– Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
– Any approved returns received after 30 days of date of invoice may be exchanged or store credit may be issues.
– Items purchased on sale qualify for store credit or exchange only.
– All products must be unused and undamaged to ensure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if it doesn’t comply with return policy.
– For health and safety reasons, used or opened bedding items cannot be returned or exchanged.
– We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise. All COD packages will be refused.
